Modules
Include die OA heatmap calculation in this run
Include dummy OA heatmap calculation. Auto-disabled if dummy file is blank.
Include panel generation combining die and dummy coverage data
Debug Mode Die only (V1)
Enable debug mode for single-cell inspection (die geometry only in V1). Disables module checkboxes when active.

Expansion factor: value N produces a (2N-1)x(2N-1) grid window. 1=1x1, 2=3x3, 3=5x5, 4=7x7, 5=9x9, 6=11x11
